49 yo patient who noticed drooping of her breasts and loss of upper pole volume. She always had large breasts and wanted a subtle and natural restoration of her more youthful shape. She did not want a very round or augmented appearance. She underwent mastopexy augmentation with a low profile Allergan silicone gel implant.
